RE-SEALING OF THE GRANT (PROBATE)

An application to have a grant of probate recognised in another state or country may be required when assets of the deceased person are spread over multiple states of Australia or located in other Commonwealth countries.  The process of having a grant issued by a Court in one jurisdiction recognised in another state or country is called resealing the grant.

Tri-meridian is able to assist in making application to the Supreme Court of South Australia when re-sealing the grant in SA is necessary to enable all the deceased person’s assets to be properly dealt with.
