At Tri-meridian.com we have just been through the recent reforms to the Real Property Act, and the pending reforms to the Real Property Act which will be coming into effect along with the introduction of Electronic Conveyancing.

The introduction of electronic conveyancing in South Australia will bring with it changes that you will need to comply with. If you are unaware of these changes then make sure you follow the links above for more information.

It is all the more important as yesterday (the 29th of June) it was announced that The Real Property (Electronic Conveyancing) Amendment Act 2016 will commence on Monday the 4th of July 2016.

Along with this announcement the Government of South Australia has released a New Conveyancing Requirements Information Brochure which you can find available at the bottom of this page.
